Tina O’Brien bucks that trend in a new interview with UK OK!, however, giving thanks to a “fantastic” trainer named Paul. “At first, the last thing I wanted to do was get fit and lose weight, and with Christmas coming up I could have happily just sat and slobbed out,” she admits. “But I met Paul and he really got me geared up.” Noting that “it’s not easy [losing weight] on your own, especially in winter” the 25-year-old Coronation Street star admits that after welcoming daughter Scarlett Jacqueline, 4 ½-months, she felt “frumpy.” “Your life become totally devoted to your child, which is amazing feeling, but because of that you end up sitting in your slobs covered in sick.” Scarlett is the first child for Tina and partner Ryan Thomas.
