So Cute! Tiger Woods Cuddles Up to His Kids on the Golf Course
Lindsey Vonn, the pro golfer's girlfriend of two years, brought his two kids to the course to offer some moral support
Maybe Tiger Woods‘s kids will be his lucky charms.
Sam, 7, and Charlie, 6 — Woods’s children with ex-wife Elin Nordegren — visited Dad at work on Tuesday while he played a practice round in preparation for this weekend’s Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club.
Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, 30, who has been officially dating the golfer, 39, since early 2013, brought the kids to the course. All four were dressed in bright colors, with Woods and daughter Sam sporting matching pink polo shirts.
Sam and Charlie will be caddying for their dad during Wednesday’s pre-Masters Par 3 Tournament.
Many players are wary about playing the Par 3 because no golfer has ever won both it and the Masters Tournament in the same year. In fact, the last time Woods participated in the Par 3 Tournament was 2004, when he got into a three-way playoff but didn’t clinch the win. But Woods is still excited for Wednesday’s tournament.
“My two little ones are going to be out there with me,” Woods told the Associated Press. “It’s special … this tournament means so much to me in so many different ways.”
Although he has struggled with his game in recent years, Woods has won the Masters Tournament four times during his long career, and he told reporters Tuesday that his “game is finally ready to compete at this level, the highest level.”
Hopefully Sam and Charlie can help turn Tiger’s luck around.
