Now, the golf pro shares a close relationship (and the love of the game) with his own son. A source told PEOPLE, however, that Tiger has a different approach when it comes to Charlie. "Tiger loves spending time with Charlie on the golf course, but he has a completely different vibe than Earl had while working with him," an insider told PEOPLE.
