Australian tennis champ Lleyton Hewitt may have lost his fourth round match against top seed Roger Federer at Wimbledon, but off court the tennis ace has a lot to celebrate.

Hewitt, 27, announced that he and his wife, Bec Hewitt, 24, a former soap actress, are expecting their second child in January.

“It’s fantastic,” Hewitt told Australia’s OK! magazine about the baby news.

The impending arrival will join big sister Mia Rebecca, 2, and is already thrilled about becoming an older sister. “She understands something’s happening, and she’s really excited about it,” said Bec.

After dating for only eight weeks, the couple became engaged and then wed in July 2005.
