Celebrity Parents Sylvester Stallone challenged by raising his daughters By Staff Author Published on December 28, 2006 07:59 PM Share Tweet Pin Email Rocky actor Sylvester Stallone, 60, recently chatted about the challenges of raising his three daughters with wife Jennifer Flavin – Sophia Rose, 10, Sistine Rose, 8 1/2, and Scarlet Rose, 4 1/2. Click the extended post to see what he said – and why his three daughters all have the same middle name. He explains why all his girls have the same middle name, saying, "All the middle names are Rose so they can’t battle – like one would be called Lilac and one would be Heather, so it’s all Sophia Rose, Sistine Rose and Scarlett Rose. Rose is a great name, you can’t knock it. You can’t get better than rose – it’s neutral." After raising two older sons from his first marriage (Sage, 30, and Seargeoh – "Seth", 27), Sly says the emotions of girls are a whole different ballgame. "Girls are a lot of work. Boys, you just put a T-shirt on them and throw them out in a hail storm and say, ‘It’s OK, it’s good for you. Go chew on that tree. Fight that coyote. With the girls it’s like, ‘Am I gaining weight?’ I’m like – you’re five years old!’ It’s crazy!" Sly’s also worried about his daughters as they grow and become attractive to boys. He says, "I’m so worried about the guys coming up to them that I would love them to be able to smack a guy right off a bar stool. I would feel very confident in them going out at night if they could take all the guys in the neighborhood." Source: Starpulse and WENN
