At least fifty percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Good Shepherd Services Red Hook Community Center Family Counseling Services Center in Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York. This is the same agency we worked with last year when CBB and our readers adopted 5 families. For more information about Good Shepherd Services, click the extended post.In the meantime, we wanted to offer you the opportunity to help as well by becoming a Family Santa!The Family Santa program provides individuals the opportunity to support families during the holiday season who struggle financially. A "Family Santa" will be given information about one or two families with general guidelines regarding gifts, clothing and other household needs. The "Family Santa" will deliver or ship the gifts to the Red Hook Family Counseling office where they will be distributed. If you would like to be a "Family Santa," please email Lily no later than December 8th at familysantaATcelebrity-babies.com. Gifts will need to be delivered by December 22nd. You can also send toys, art supplies, books, and gifts to be distributed to the families they serve at their annual holiday party. Good Shepherd Services is a leading youth development and familyservice agency that serves over 18,000 clients a year.
