Sisanie is getting two new people to love in 2018!

The On Air with Ryan Seacrest co-host and her husband Michael are expecting twins in the spring, she announced on the show and social media Tuesday.

“We have big news that I want to share with all of you, and that is … I am pregnant,” she said on air, eliciting cheers from the studio. “I’m in my second trimester.”

Sisanie adds emotionally, “I felt like I had been keeping this secret from you guys for so long, I’m just so happy to share it.”

Sisanie admits she and Michael were “scared” upon seeing a positive pregnancy test, recalling that the couple took it “day by day, week by week” and tried not to get their hopes up since they’d suffered a miscarriage previously.

She then takes Ryan Seacrest and the rest of the OAWRS team through the moment of hearing two heartbeats during her first ultrasound, shocking them all with the news that she’s expecting fraternal twins.

“Sorry, I had to keep that secret from you because I wanted that reaction!” the mom-to-be tells Seacrest with a laugh, sharing that twins run in her family and that the babies’ due date is at the end of May.

Although the road to conception a second time has been tough for the couple, who wed in January 2014 almost five years after first meeting, it was worth the wait.

“Double blessings … God works in mysterious ways. I feel like he’s giving me back the one I lost earlier this year,” Sisanie says, adding when her co-hosts can’t contain their excitement, “Why do you think I’m already showing, you guys?!”

“I have to call Kelly Ripa,” Seacrest jokes. “Oh my God … This, to me, is the greatest, most wonderful, beautiful news. I’m so personally happy for you … I’m so proud of you.”
