She goes on to share her biggest piece of advice for new parents: “Grab sleep where you can.” The 47-year-old songstress adds, “One of the great things that my baby nurse told me was to talk to your baby all the time because it stimulates their brain, and they’re already starting to learn. Even though they’re not talking yet, they’re learning.” One thing Sheryl’s nieces and nephews undoubtedly learned recently was that their aunt is well-connected!
