Sandbox Threads are the newest kids on the block in children’s t-shirts. These avant-garde retro designs are the creation of a stay-at-home dad, Andy Swaggerty, who wanted to make sure his baby looked sharp (and was tired of duckies and doggies). During his baby son’s naps, he developed his online business. The quality of the images and t-shirts are amazing. He uses a heat transfer machine to make sure of that. The shirt washes very well and my Ben loved wearing it. We checked out the 55 Chevy Wagon shirt in sky blue and navy trim. Ben loves any type of car or truck, so it was a big hit in my household.

There are so many choices for t-shirts on this site. Check out the Famous Faces line. With the mugs of such celebs as Gary Coleman, Bill Murray and Jerry Garcia, you will smile as your babe is decked out in them! Their other lines are Gearhead (pictures of classic cars such as ’59 Desoto Wagon, planes and trains), Vintage Toys and Ads ( such as Hunt’s Catsup, a Rubic’s Cube and a Sit and Spin to name a few), Future Activist (the pacifist shirt with the pacifier was so funny!), Cheeky Monkey (attitude-driven shirts, such as "my imaginary friend did it"), Little Groupie (AB/CD – in the AC/DC rock band logo was too cute for words), Girlie Goodies (celebrates the atypical girl – adored the Beauty School Dropout onsie). They’ve even got an "My Mama’s for Obama" shirt! They have so many shirts – too many to name – but we love ’em!

Besides the funky designs, you can also pick what kind of shirt you want. Choose from either onesies or t-shirts in either white, white with royal blue trim, pink with chocolate trim (the shirt is a raglan short sleeve), sky blue with navy trim, or heather grey with maroon trim. Sizes go from 3 months up to 6T and retail for $18.95. Be sure to send them a jpg of your darling wearing their threads, they may put it on their site. So, dig into Sandboxthreads! They are offering free shipping over $50!
