Russell Crowe says he won't encourage his boys to pursue acting
Despite his own success and accolades, Russell Crowe hopes that sons Charlie, 3 1/2, and Tennyson, 15-months, take a different path when they choose their respective professions. In an appearance on the Tonight Show last night, Russell detailed the reasons why.
It seems that Russell might have his hands full when it comes to dissuading Charlie from a career in entertainment, however. The toddler recently attended a press junket with his dad in New York, and he certainly wasn’t shy.
Asked by Tonight Show host Jay Leno what the joke entailed, Russell relayed,
Undeterred, Charlie kept up the comedy act. Relates Russell,
Parenthood, Russell added, "is one of the most special things that’s ever come up in my life." The boys are the first for Russell and his wife Danielle.
