Rumor update: Christina Aguilera is 'still pregnant,' says rep

Update: Christina’s rep has denied that the baby has been born.

She is still pregnant. She is not in labor.

However, we still have sources insisting to us that the baby was definitely born Friday. Time will tell.

Update 10:30 pm: We now have a rep denial of the Life & Style report.

As far as I know that [report] is untrue.

Update 10 pm: Christina and Jordan apparently confirmed the birth to family and friends around 4pm PST today, texting a message that read,

Baby has arrived. Mom and dad are doingwell!

Her rep says,

As soon as I have moreinformation I will let you know.

Originally posted 7:50 pm: Songstress Christina Aguilera, 27, and her husband Jordan Bratman apparently welcomed a son this afternoon at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, CA, as had been rumored.We will update when more legit sources become available. For now,Christina’s father-in-law’s friend (got that?) appears to confirm, aswell as someone from her management company, who says that he was bornearlier today.

Update 6:15 pm: Perez Hilton reports Christina is in delivery right now.

Update 4:30 pm: Christina’s rep denies to Page Six that she’s at the hospital.

Update 2:45 pm: Reportedly, it’s go time! E! reports that Christina Aguilera, 27, is all checked in at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA and has been there since last evening.

Update January 8th: Planet Gossip at E! is reporting that Christina has actually scheduled her c-section for Friday, January 11th.

Originally posted December 18th: A ‘family source’ tells NY Post‘s Page Six that songstress Christina Aguilera, 27, has a rumored delivery date for her son. According to the source,

Christina has a c-section scheduled for [Thursday,] January 10, but she might need to push the date of the delivery up.

The source — who previously mentioned that Christina and Jordan Bratman like the name ‘Jackson Jake‘ — said the couple is also apparently considering ‘Max.’
