People.com Celebrity Parents Rogue Trader's Natalie Bassingthwaite on wanting seven children By Staff Author Published on February 3, 2008 03:54 AM Share Tweet Pin Email Australian actress andRogue Trader’s lead singer Natalie Bassingthwaite, 32, spoke to Australian TV Week about the possibility of starting a family with her boyfriend, Rogue Trader’s drummer Cameron McGlinchey. Natalie, who will be hosting the Australian version of So You Think You Can Dance, commutes between LA and Australia for both work and her relationship. Natalie says that while she would love to start a family right now, there are aspects of life that she wants to experience first and career related goals she wants to achieve. I think about it a lot but I think I’ve just got a few more things I want to do first. I mean, a family to me is the biggest thing I’d love to achieve, so hopefully in the next few years. But is the number of children that she is thinking of having a bit excessive? She doesn’t think so. Oh, I told Cameron the other day that I wanted seven. But I didn’t know whether I was being quite dramatic. This revelation definitely worried Cameron, Yeah, [it did]. Everyone was like, ‘Are you serious?’ and I said, ‘I think so’. I don’t even know yet if it’s physically possible to have at this point! I’ll get back to you when I’m pregnant with twins. Source: TV Week (Australian edition) Jan 26 – Feb 1, 2008. p28-30.
