There’s another little rascal on the way!

Rascal Flatts‘s guitarist Joe Don Rooney, 38, and wife Tiffany Fallon are expecting their third child in late summer, his rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.

They are already parents to Jagger Donovan, 5½, and Raquel Blue, 3½.

“We are so thrilled and feel so blessed to bring another little angel into our world,” the couple tell PEOPLE. “Jagger and Rocky are very excited too. They’re going to make a great ‘big brother-big sister duo’ as the Rooney circus continues.”

On Saturday, bandmate Jay DeMarcus sent his well wishes to the parents-to-be on Twitter. “Congrats to my brother … I’m proud to be an uncle again!!! Love you guys!!!” he Tweeted.
