The Midland guitarist (whose band just released their newest single, "Mr. Lonely") and his wife Camille have welcomed their third child, a daughter named Rosalia Jean Carson, a rep for the band confirms exclusively to PEOPLE. Born at 2:29 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27, Rosalia weighed in at 6 lbs., 12 oz. and measured 18¾ inches long when she arrived at home in Driftwood, Texas. “Camille is the strongest woman I know,” Carson tells PEOPLE. “She wanted to do a home birth and she did it 100 percent natural — I’m still just awestruck by her.” The couple are also parents to son Parker Emmanuel, 22 months, and daughter Ida Mae, 3. Carson and Camille again looked to their family tree when choosing names for their newborn. “Rosalia was Camille’s great-grandmother who came from Italy on a boat when she was 16 and spoke no English,” the musician explains. “Jean is after my father, whose name is Eugene but everyone calls him ‘Gene.’ ” Want all the latest pregnancy and birth announcements, plus celebrity mom blogs? Ahead of the big night, she and Carson posed for photos on the red carpet at the ASCAP Awards, where she opted for a long-sleeved shorter number with a similar bust. “Love this man so much, and can’t wait for the arrival of our third ❤️❤️❤️,” Camille captioned a pro photo pair of the spouses from the CMAs, celebrate Valentine’s Day last month. In the second of the sweet images, the Grammy-nominated country singer and his wife shared a smooch while his arms were wrapped around her midsection, lovingly cradling her belly. Katie Kauss RELATED VIDEO: Inside Carrie Underwood’s New Life with a Family of 4: “They’re Total Homebodies” Carson and Camille opened up to PEOPLE in May 2017 shortly after the birth of his son Parker, detailing his unconventional “wild entrance” into the world — in the hospital parking lot! “We’re like halfway [to the hospital] and she’s saying, ‘Oh no, oh no, he’s coming,’ ” Carson recalled at the time of his wife. “She calls the midwife and the midwife’s on the phone and she’s yelling at me and telling me to pull over and she’s gonna talk me through delivering Parker.” Luckily, Parker held out until his parents reached the south Austin, Texas, hospital’s emergency room roundabout.
