Michael Bublé‘s son Noah was hospitalized after a scalding accident.
Noah, 22 months, was rushed to the hospital after being burned with hot water at his home in Argentina.
“Noah is fine,” a rep for Bublé told PEOPLE Friday. “This was nothing major at all, thank goodness.”
Bublé’s wife, Argentinian actress Luisana Lopilato, thanked fans for their well-wishes in a Facebook and Twitter post.
“Thanks to everyone for supporting me in these moments,” she wrote Thursday in Spanish. “My son is doing very well. God willing, we will go home soon.”
“He’s okay. It’s tough to see him go through it,” Bublé tells ET Canada. “I try to remind Lu that we are lucky — that it could have been worse.”
Lopilato, 28, took her son to the German Hospital in Buenos Aires, while the Canadian crooner is traveling and working in the United States.
“Everything is cute. He’s the best,” Bublé told PEOPLE of his son last week. “What I like is, I ask him to do this face. I say, ‘Cara dulce,’ which means, ‘Do your sweet face.’ And he does this cute little face. The kid kills me.”
Just a few days before the accident, Lopilato shared a sweet picture of the father-son duo sleeping soundly side-by-side.
“You…,” she wrote. “You are the best dad ever @michaelbuble !!! We love you!! #happyfathersday.”
