The Games of Thrones star has welcomed her second child, she revealed Friday. Her newborn daughter is named Teddy.
“Hello peeps. All good,” she announced on Twitter. “Just fallen in unconditional heartbreaking divine love for the second time.”
Headey’s baby girl joins the actress’s 5-year-old son Wylie.
She first confirmed she was pregnant in February, and asked everyone to give her space so she could soak up the special time in her life.
But in May, the mom-to-be let fans in on a secret — she was expecting a daughter! — while penning an essay in support of women’s rights.
“I am having a baby girl in six weeks. You have all been so lovely in your message to me, and I thank you for that,” Headey, 41, wrote.
“My daughter will have freedom of choice. She will be free to dance, to sing, to be educated in the fields that spark her passion, to marry if she wants, to marry WHO she wants, to remain single, or to fall in love with another woman.”
