Khloé Kardashian & Tristan Thompson Reunite to Celebrate Daughter True's Epic First Birthday Party

Khloé Kardashian's first child, daughter True, turned 1 on April 12 — and celebrated on Sunday with friends, family, cotton candy, unicorns and more

Khloé Kardashian went all out for daughter True‘s first birthday!

“Mommy and me matching dresses by @augustgettyatelier,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians personality, 34, captioned an Instagram Story video on Sunday.

Complete with butterfly decorations, cotton-candy vendors, whimsical balloons and more, True’s party was a gigantic outdoor celebration with Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian West, Kourtney Kardashian and Khadijah Haqq in attendance. (Khloé’s sister Kendall Jenner was spotted at the Coachella Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California.)

Tristan Thompson celebrated his daughter’s birthday as seen in videos shared on Khloé’s Instagram Story and his own Instagram account. True’s party marked the first time her parents have been seen together since news of his cheating scandal involving Jordyn Woods.

“You deserve all the jewels,” the NBA player told his baby girl at one point as he held her, while she seemed enthralled in the gold chain around his neck.

On Monday, Kardashian raved about True’s party, writing, “True turns ONE! After my baby shower, I didn’t think we could ever top such a dream like party but with the help of @wildchildparty and @mindyweiss we did! Look at these pastel gorgeous balloons! And the sweet butterflies on top…. oh My!! Thank you so much for turning my vision into reality, love is in the details.”

“We did not want presents for Miss True. We asked that everybody bring a gift for the Children’s Hospital of L.A,” the birthday girl’s mom revealed on her Instagram Story, showing off a sign that addressed their charitable request.

True’s older cousins Stormi, 14 months, Chicago, 15 months, and North, 5½, were also there, with the latter two outfitted for the event in matching orange feather dresses. The older daughter of Kim and Kanye West even wore her mom’s high heels!

“Peep North’s shoes. She would not walk out of the house without my shoes,” Kim, 38, said on her Instagram Story.

Other fun details at the magical bash included a dreamy dessert table, toddler-friendly play equipment and “unicorns” with colorful horns and pink manes that younger guests could ride around the event!

In addition to the party, the Good American mogul celebrated her daughter’s age milestone on social media Friday with a heartfelt tribute.

“My baby is 1 today,” she began, adding an anguished-face emoji, before sharing the first snapshot: an intimate grab of herself and True in the hospital right after her birth. “Where does the time go?”

Khloé also shared videos and photos on her Instagram Story of some of the goodies True has gotten — including cookies with her picture on them, donuts spelling out HAPPY BIRTHDAY TRUE and even a diamond bracelet — in honor of turning 1.

A festive photo gallery she shared showed little True lounging on a bed while surrounded by dozens of pink balloons shaped like hearts, stars and more — with a huge pink “1” balloon in the center.

“Happy birthday my sweet True!! You are my ultimate True love!” Khloé wrote. “I am honored and so thankful to be your mommy! Today and until the end of time, I love you!! We have forever.”

True’s elaborate celebration comes after her cousins Stormi and Chicago had their own festive first-birthday bashes. Kylie, 21, threw an extravagant “StormiWorld” party — a nod to dad Travis Scott‘s Grammy-nominated album Astroworld — on Feb. 9.

Complete with a live “Baby Shark” performance and everything from carnival rides to Louis Vuitton-inspired fries and a giant blow-up replica of the birthday girl’s face that welcomed guests in, Stormi’s celebration was attended by her mom, dad and aunts Khloé and Kourtney, 39, as well as her cousins and grandmother Kris Jenner.

Meanwhile, in January, Kim organized an epic Alice in Wonderland-themed soirée for daughter Chicago at her and husband West’s Hidden Hills, California, home.

Little Chi rang in her first birthday with a topiary maze in the hallway, an elaborate cake with a giant grinning Cheshire cat and a bouncy house in the backyard.

Khloé recently told PEOPLE she’s in disbelief that her baby — her only child with ex Thompson, 28 — is about to hit the one-year mark.

“It’s so corny but you don’t realize how fast time goes by until you see a child growing in front of you,” she said. “It’s scary and sad because it goes so fast. Can we slow down time?”

But the reality star has never been happier than she is with her daughter: “I am so utterly obsessed with her. This first year has been amazing. And I really feel like I was meant to do this.”
