"She threw a little fit when she saw me on the ACM's and made me promise to take her to another awards show," Moore told PEOPLE.
Justin Moore admits he got strong-armed into taking his date to Monday’s American Country Countdown Awards — but he’s okay with that.
Moore’s oldest daughter, Ella Kole, 4½, joined the country crooner and his wife Kate on the carpet and in the audience, fulfilling a promise the singer had made.
“She threw a little fit when she saw me on the ACMs and made me promise to take her to another awards show,” Moore, whose hit, “Lettin’ the Night Roll,” was nominated for song of the year, told PEOPLE at the star-studded event. “I can’t tell if she’s enjoying it, but I kept my promise.”
Ella, who wore matching red boots and a purse to complement her white dress, was a natural posing with Dad in the photo booth. But Moore is worried what he’ll do when his other two girls, Kennedy Faye, 3, and 5-month-old Rebecca Klein, decide that they want to share the spotlight as well.
“The other two are at home,” the doting dad, 30, says. “I don’t know what will happen when they want to go!”
