With Full House officially set to return to TV, mom of two Jodie Sweetin is gearing up to return to work.
“It’ll be a bit of a juggling act,” Sweetin told PEOPLE at the Los Angeles premiere of The Gallows on Tuesday.
“I have a feeling once we start working it’s going to be hectic,” the actress explains. “Trying to make sure kids are picked up from school and if they’re coming to the set or they’re doing their homework or going back-and-forth [on] tape nights.”
But the 33-year-old admits that her daughters might not just be hanging out behind-the-scenes.
“[Zoie] wants to be on the show,” Sweetin, who says her daughter “has Full House downloaded on her tablet and loves to watch it,” shares. “She’s already told everybody that she’s going to be an extra in a classroom scene or something so we’ll see what happens.”
As for following in mom’s footsteps as an actress?
“I think she’s probably going to watch us tape, realize that you have to do things over and over and over again, and be like, ‘Yeah, I don’t know that I really want to do it, Mommy,’ ” Sweetin says with a laugh.
However, daughter Bea — who just graduated from pre-K — “is not quite as into” the show, “but she still thinks it’s funny that Mommy was on TV,” Sweetin says.
And with the 13-episode series set to start filming very soon, Sweetin admits she also needs to start adding workouts into her daily routine.
“I’m a mom of two and I had a full-time job before, and I’m like most of America and I’m kind of lazy – if I’m really honest about it,” Sweetin jokes. “So I need to get back into it … I’m probably going to start training once I actually get back on TV, and need to look like I have some sort of semblance of physical activity.”
