Joanna Gaines Shares Adorable Snaps of Baby Crew Getting His Passport Photos with Dad Chip

Chip and Joanna Gaines' 7-month-old son Crew is taking some humor lessons from his dad

Usually we’re told not to smile at the camera for passport photos — but there’s definitely an exception for 7-month-old Crew.

He was all smiles and giggles in a series of snaps his mom Joanna Gaines shared on Instagram Tuesday night of him getting photos taken for a new passport.

In the endearing snapshots, Joanna’s husband and former Fixer Upper costar Chip Gaines can be seen holding up baby Crew against a white wall as someone takes the photos.

But as the photo shoot goes on, the father and son begin to make silly faces at the camera and one another.

“Baby Crew getting his passport photos! Nice work @chipgaines,” wrote Joanna, 40.

Crew really is a “Chip off the old block” as his dad, 44, wrote in a separate Instagram post on Sunday, showing his baby boy wearing matching brown overalls and coat.

And it looks like no one is immune to baby Crew’s smile. Last week, the infant was employed to distract his dad and some friends so that “the ladies could shop a little longer” while in New York City, Joanna shared on Instagram.

The couple were invited to be keynote speakers at the National Retail Federation, an annual convention in New York, reported Dallas News — and brought baby Crew to the Big Apple with them.

Crew is hitting milestones left and right. Earlier this month, Joanna shared a heartwarming photo of her infant son smiling as he showed off his first chompers.

“He’s proud of his first TWO teeth!” the mother of five captioned a pair of adorable images of her son. In one of the photographs, her baby boy was smiling with his mouth open as he played with a wooden toy.

The sweet post came just one day after Joanna shared that her growing boy was getting too big for his clothes, writing alongside a photo of little Crew snoozing on her lap, “I think it’s time for the next size up #sixmonths.”
