Channing and Jenna Dewan Tatum regularly end up on Hollywood’s “Best Dressed” lists, and when it comes to fashion, it seems like their little girl is taking cues from her mom and dad.

“She has got the most unique style. The girl picks out her clothes every single morning,” Dewan Tatum told PEOPLE of daughter Everly, 4½, at the Gilt.com launch of her exclusive jewelry collaboration with her longtime friend, Jennifer Meyer, benefiting Baby2Baby.

“She is so funky,” the star explained of Everly. “We went an entire year where she only wore purple, but now we’re more into anything that has glitter.”

Adds Dewan Tatum, 37, “But she’s tomboy, so she’s got the big chunky sneakers with the leggings, with the tutu, anything that has glitter, magical anything. She’s very into that right now.”

While Everly’s actual style may change, there’s one thing that is a constant for her. “She has to pick it out herself, that’s her deal,” Dewan Tatum said.

The stylish actress and dancer may be setting a fashion example for her daughter, but she’s also embodying a humanitarian example — when she isn’t busy acting or hosting World of Dance, she’s giving back.

One hundred percent of the net proceeds from Dewan Tatum’s six-piece necklace collaboration with Jennifer Meyer for Gilt.com will benefit Baby2Baby, an organization that provides low-income families with the basic necessities that every child deserves.

The necklace comes in various metals with the same three-heart design — and Dewan Tatum is proud to help the organization.

“We’re mothers, we understand the village that it takes, the privileges that we have to raise our children, and that not everyone has that,” explains the mother of one.

“The fact that they are really giving everything they can to helping these families and these parents, and 100 percent of the proceeds go to Baby2Baby, which is incredible of Gilt,” she adds. “Just all in all, ’tis the season for giving back.”
