“It’s definitely hard just because we’re so busy with rehearsals and being on tour and also wanting to spend time with Jolie,” Kramer told PEOPLE about how she balances her many hats while at the Good Morning America cast reveal party in New York City on Wednesday.
“I’m trying to manage it the best that I can and show single moms out there that we can do it,” she continues. “We can do it all, hear us roar.”

At the time, the star posted a photo on Instagram thanking her fans for their support.
“I just wanted to say thank you to my fans for all the love,” Kramer wrote along with a snap of her and her baby girl. “This has been an extremely hard time but Jolie has given me more strength than I ever thought possible. Your continued support means the world too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
But even with a demanding schedule, Kramer admits she’s excited to join the competition series.
“This is something so new obviously for me and it’s so fun to dive right in and learn something new,” shares Kramer, who adds that she’s “more excited to learn a different form of dance.”
And her pro partner, Gleb Savchenko, is just as excited for the new season, calling Kramer “the dream partner any pro can dream of.”
“I just love working with Jana,” says Savchenko. “We’ve only had five days, but it’s been an absolute blast and she’s really hard working and dedicated and focused.”
“She’s a mother of a 7-month-old baby. She’s on tour. She’s doing Dancing With the Stars. Learning all those qualities about her inspires me and I wanna do my best to teach her,” continues Savchenko, adding he hopes that the pair will make it to the finale.
Echoes Kramer: “I hit the jackpot with my partner.”
Season 23 of Dancing With the Stars premieres Monday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC
