Holly Madison figures her friend Kendra Wilkinson is going to be busy with a new baby, so she’s taking it upon herself to help with the shopping – a lot of shopping.

“I’m out buying presents for little Hank today,” she told PEOPLE on Friday at the “Holly Jolly Christmas Toy Drive” in Las Vegas to benefit Toys For Tots and The Salvation Army.

Among the gifts for Hank Baskett IV in the overflowing cart: Christmas onesies, a football-shaped piggy bank, a Nerf football and a football piggy bank.

“I think its very fitting to get him football stuff,” she said, referring to Wilkinson’s husband, Hank Baskett, an NFL player for the Indianapolis Colts. “And I got him the cutest baby Christmas shoes and Santa hat ever. He’ll be all outfitted for his first holiday.”

Madison, who hasn’t yet spoken to her former Girls Next Door costar since the birth, said she’s more than willing to take on babysitting duties when the couple comes to her home in Las Vegas. “I will totally watch the baby,” she says. “I would love to.”
