Gwyneth Paltrow has been at the Sundance Film Festival Wednesday and Thursday to promote her new film The Good Night, directed by her brother Jake. She was interviewed on both Extra and Access Hollywood this evening (you can watch the videos here and here). Here are the highlights:

– When the interviewer comments on how good her body looks after having two children, Gwyneth deadpans, "You should see me naked – you would change your mind!" She then goes on to say how hard losing the baby weight actually is, saying, "It comes off slowly….you just don’t look like this! It’s hard work!"

– Gwyneth and husband Chris Martin have completed their family. After having Apple, 2 1/2, and Moses, 9 months, Gwyneth says, "We’re done!" The interviewer asks about a possible baby #3 and Gwyneth laughs and says, "No way! Oh my god, this [two nights away from home] is the first time I’ve slept in three years!"

Apple’s favorite book is One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish.

Gwyneth reveals that Moses is not the best sleeper. "My son has decided sleep is just not for him, really, so I don’t sleep…he just talks and goes back to sleep but I wake up and then I can’t go back to sleep," she says. "I need so much caffeine at this point in my life."

-When asked how it is to be away from her kids, Gwyneth says, "I do miss them very much, but it’s also nice to…get a little adult conversation. I’ve gotten to the point in my life where I say, ‘You know what, it’s okay to do a little bit of my own thing and work a little bit.’ You know, I had guilt issues before but I’m dealing with them. I always felt so guilty when I left them but now I feel like, ‘You know, I do the best that I can and I really really love them and I’m present when I’m there and it’s okay for me to go away and do a business trip for a couple of days.’"
