Gavin Rossdale calls Kingston his 'greatest triumph'

Gavin Rossdale took a non-committal approach recently when asked if he and wife Gwen Stefani had any plans to make their 18-month-old son Kingston a big brother, telling Extra "we’ll see what happens." The 42-year-old musician was less reserved when asked about his thoughts on fatherhood, however. Said Gavin,

[Kingston]’s my greatest triumph.  Finally, I got something right.

Of the constant paparazzi and media attention that surround the couple and their son, Gavin says,

We made a conscious decision [to have a child]. We would have a baby and the baby joins our life. We don’t stop for his. f we were going to be followed by paparazzi, it doesn’t mean we would leave him home…we don’t take life too seriously.

Gavin and Gwen have been married since 2002.
