Featured Review: Little Twig Organic Bath and Body Products

Little Twig is a favorite of many a parent because these great, organic, non-irritating products work wonderfully and smell amazing (well, the scented ones, of course). The products are developed with the advice of pediatricians and parents. Celeb fans include Brooke Burke, Kevin James, Debra Messing, Courteney Cox, and Gwenyth Paltrow. We tested out their bubble bath, baby wash, shampoo and diaper balm.

What kid doesn’t love Bubble Bath? Little Twig’s Bubble Bath ($17.95 for 17 oz) comes in Lavender, Tangerine and the Extra Mild/Unscented.We chose to test that one. My son Ben loved playing in the bubbles (we’ve onlyused the bubble bath finger paints with him before). We were bothastonished when we poured a few capfuls in and saw the multitude ofbubbles that were created. I would recommend only adding one capful – because so many bubbles were created! The extra mild/unscented bubbles didn’tbother his skin and he didn’t care if they smelled or not!

Their Baby Wash ($10.50 for 8.5 oz) was heavenly! It comes in Lavender, Tangerine and Extra Mild/Unscented. We tested out the Extra Mild/Unscented Baby Wash, as my toddler’s skin has been very sensitive lately. It got him super clean and didn’t irritate his skin. Also, a little of it went a long way. It contains aloe vera, jojoba, and vitamin E. It’s also nut, soy and wheat free.

After trying out two unscented products, we wanted something that smelled yummy. We tested the Tangerine, Lemon and Rosemary Shampoo ($9.65 for 8.5 oz). It contains jojoba, flax seed oil, calendula and vitamin E. It’s hypoallergenic and perfect for sensitive skin.

Lastly, we tested the Organic Diaper Cream ($12.45 for 2 oz). Its mineral oil free, perfect for sensitve tushes, and ph balanced. It worked well on redness and was non-irritating to my toddler’s skin.
