After posting a boomerang selfie on a workout machine, which she captioned "6 weeks postpartum," Jenner shared a message to her "postpartum moms: that postpartum has not been easy." "This experience for me personally has been a little harder than with my daughter," she said, referring to daughter Stormi. "It's not easy mentally, physically, spiritually, it's just crazy," she continued. "And yeah, I didn't just want to get back to life without saying that because I think we can look on the internet — for other moms going through it right now — we can go on the internet, and it might look a lot easier for other people, and put the pressure on us, but it hasn't been easy for me." The star went on to say "it's been hard" and that she "didn't even think [she'd] make it to this workout today." She added, "But I'm here, and I'm feeling better. "She's so fire because she goes to sleep now," he said. "We try to do a more natural vibe [with parenting], like more self-discipline. Like, 'Okay, you know you got to go to bed at 9, are you going to stay up till 11 or are you going to go to sleep now?' And it's so cool [to hear her say], 'I'm going to sleep ya'll!' I think about [my parents] in situations with Stormi, what they would do.
