Everything Mom-to-Be Eva Longoria Has Said About Parenthood
ON HER DESIRE TO BE A MOM
After her split from Tony Parker, Eva Longoria revealed that she did think about parenthood.
"[I want to] have kids and be a mom," she said during an April 2011 appearance on The Rachael Ray Show.
She added that she was housing two gal pals in her home. "I'm like the mother hen for a sorority house. It's all women, all the time," Longoria said. "So, we're always cooking! I love it!"
ON CHANGING HER MIND
ON HER BIOLOGICAL CLOCK
She added that Bastón's three children from a previous marriage were a "gift," saying, "We are fulfilled. If there is anything else to come, it would be icing on the cake."
ON BEING A STEPMOM
Being part of a blended family, despite her "three amazing stepkids," isn't without its difficulties.
"I think the biggest challenge is scheduling. [The kids] are at their mother's one week, and then they're with us," the former star of Telenovela told PEOPLE in May 2017.
"We love spending time with them, and we love traveling. They'll pick a place in the world and we're like, 'Let's go!' "
ON DENYING PREGNANCY RUMORS ... THIS YEAR
"Other than having a wine baby or a cheese baby, there's nothing in this belly right now!" Longoria told PEOPLE with a laugh in May, insisting that her hands were full at the moment.
