When 30 Rock‘s Jane Krakowski found out she was nominated for an outstanding supporting actress in a comedy series Emmy, finding a babysitter for 5-month-old son Bennett Robert wasn’t her only concern.

The actress was also focusing on fitting into her dress.

“Good old-fashioned hard work is the way I’m getting rid of the baby weight,” she told PEOPLE. “I’ve been spinning a lot and working out with a personal trainer. I’m excited to get into my Emmy dress!”

Well, it looks like her post-baby workouts paid off.

At last night’s ceremony, Krakowski dazzled in a silver lamé J. Mendel gown and matching jewels.

But she wasn’t the only one.

Fellow new mom and 30 Rock colleague and executive producer Tina Fey — who welcomed daughter Penelope Athena on Aug. 10 — also made an impressive appearance in a black fitted dress during the awards show.

Although she skipped the red carpet, Fey happily posed for photos with good pal Amy Poehler, who wore a shimmery blue Peter Som gown.

So how is the actress’s eldest daughter, Alice, 6, getting along with her baby sister?

“Oh she’s great with her,” shared Fey. “She wants to do everything with her and she wants to kiss her on the lips all the time.”
