It’s a celebrity baby boom!

Over the course of about a week, seven stars have announced the births of their little bundles of joy. From Kerry Washington to Bruce Willis, A-listers are introducing fans to the newest additions to their families.

To make sure all the new moms and dads get the congrats they deserve, PEOPLE recapped the week’s biggest baby news:

Kristin Cavallari

The former Hills star – and current fashion panelist on The Fabulist – became a two-time mom when she and Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler welcomed son Jaxon Wyatt on Wednesday. Jaxon joins big brother Camden Jack, 21 months. How’d the savvy star announce her boy’s birth? Instagram, of course.

Roger Federer

It’s double trouble for the tennis champ and wife Mirka, who had a second set of twins Tuesday. The couple brought home boys Leo and Lenny, but they already have their hands full with twin girls Myla and Charlene 4½.

Bruce Willis

The actor and wife Emma Heming-Willis welcomed their second child together, Evelyn Penn, on Monday. It’s a girls’ world for Willis, who has four other daughters: Mabel Ray, 2, with Heming-Willis, and his three adult daughters with Demi Moore: Rumer, Scout and Tallulah Willis.

Natalia Vodianova

The Russian supermodel gave birth on Friday to son Maxim, who joins her three children from a previous relationship: Viktor, 6½, Neva, 8, and Lucas, 12. But boyfriend Antoine Arnault is thrilled to be a first-time dad.

Tony Parker

Talk about a slam dunk: The San Antonio Spurs player and fiancée Axelle Francine welcomed baby Josh on April 30, hours before the team defeated the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA playoffs. Josh is the first child for both.

David Arquette

The actor’s girlfriend, Christina McLarty, had son Charlie West on April 28, giving his daughter with Courteney Cox, Coco, 9½, a little brother. “Mom, dad and baby are doing well,” Arquette’s rep told PEOPLE.

Kerry Washington

Sure, the Scandal star secretly gave birth April 21, but well-wishers didn’t learn of little Isabelle Amarachi‘s arrival until Friday. Washington and husband Nnamdi Asomugha, a former NFL cornerback, are an incredibly private couple and even kept their wedding a secret for a month. However, the new mom did show off her stylish baby bump during awards season.
