Radar has reentered the building!
“I just landed in New York and I got a picture — they found the teddy bear in Hawaii. Yes!” says Philipps, 38, still aboard the plane and unable to hide a huge, emotional smile.
“They found Radar. Which is the bear we were most concerned about,” she adds, sharing a screen shot of the text that proves the beloved stuffed animal was indeed located successfully.

Philipps’ had quite the search party — hotel staff, laundry attendants and even friends who were still at the hotel — on the lookout for Radar and Flatbear, whom she noticed was missing when she started unpacking 4½-year-old daughter Cricket Pearl‘s suitcase.
“I can’t thank you guys enough for supporting me through the emotional bear journey,” she added in another Tuesday clip, filmed while the actress made her way through the airport. “I feel like so many people have similar stories and it did make me feel better — like less of a failure. So thank you.”
Later Tuesday, Philips shared multiple photos of Radar after he had been found, including one of the stuffed animal being held by an airplane pilot, inside a cockpit, on his returning flight home.
“NOT EVEN MAKING THIS UP. My friend @norahweinstein and her daughter who were still at the hotel, got RADAR from the laundry facility in order to bring him home tonight on their return flight. The pilot took a picture with Radar on his way home!” she wrote.
“I’m actually DEAD. EXTRA SPECIAL Thank you to @norahweinstein and Sloane, Austin at the @fshualalai and Darmie at United Laundry in Kona for FINDING BIRDIE’S BEAR. Flat bear is still on the loose but at least we have a happy ending for Radar!” wrote Philipps.

Beginning Monday, the Dawson’s Creek alum took her followers through her heartbreaking journey toward finding Radar and Birdie’s other bear Flatbear (who is still missing), admitting through tears that she felt she had committed “a total parenting fail” in packing for the trip home from the family’s vacation.
“I know it’s just a mistake and these things happen but f— … it’s the worst when you’re a parent and it’s your responsibility to keep everything straight,” said Philipps.
The actress and mother of two went on to explain that Radar had sentimental value both to Birdie and herself, as he was Philipps’ teddy bear when she was a child.
“I just feel like such a bad mom,” she said Monday. “And now I have to pick up the mess I made when I opened all of our suitcases and tore through them like a f—ing lunatic.”
