Babes on Broadway! Bruce Willis Hangs with His Daughters at Misery Theatre

The actor's wife captured a sweet moment between Willis and his youngest daughters

Actor Bruce Willis took some time between acts to hang out with his youngest daughters — Mabel Ray, 3, and Evelyn Penn, 20 months — at the New York City theatre where he’s starring in the Broadway adaptation Misery.

In a photo shared by Willis’ wife, Emma Heming-Willis, the actor sits with his girls as they enjoy a snack.

“#TheaterLife,” the 37-year-old mom of two captioned the cute candid.

The actor is starring alongside Roseanne alum Laurie Metcalf in the show, which plays eight times a week until Feb. 14.

The new stage version of Stephen King‘s novel was famously first made into the 1990 movie with James Caan and Kathy Bates — the role that earned her an Oscar.

Willis previously told PEOPLE he’s taking stage advice from his oldest child, daughter Rumer (who has also appeared in the Great White Way), for his turn on Broadway.

“She said to ‘go home and go to bed.’ You have to look after your voice,” said Willis.
