Bristol Palin has yet to publicly confirm that ex-fiancé Dakota Meyer is the father of her newborn daughter, Sailor Grace, but she referenced her baby’s “daddy” in an Instagram post on Sunday.

The daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin shared a cute photo of Sailor Grace lying on a bed while wearing camoflauge pants, a black and white deer-printed scarf and a black bow on her head.

“Looks exactly like her daddy!” she captioned the picture.

Palin’s Instagram comes three days after The Daily Mail posted court documents in which Palin “admit[s] that Meyer is the biological father of the minor child, and that paternity has been established via DNA testing dated February 10, 2015 at 99.9957% certainty.”

In the documents, filed in response to Meyer’s request for joint legal and physical custody of their baby, Palin agreed to allow the 27-year-old Medal of Honor recipient to visit Sailor Grace but argued that joint custody was not “practicable” as Palin lives in Alaska and Meyer lives in Kentucky. Meyer has also filed an emergency motion to see his daughter amid the ongoing legal proceedings.

Palin has not yet commented on the court documents and has never publicly revealed the identity of her baby’s father.

Palin is fresh off another custody battle with her other ex-fiancé, Levi Johnston, who last week won joint custody of their 7-year-old son, Tripp.

Palin took to Instagram to weigh in on the outcome of the custody case, posting a selfie with both of her children.

“These babies are my world and I will always be doing what is best for them,” she wrote of Tripp and Sailor Grace.

“Every child deserves two loving parents, so I will continue to encourage that no matter what. I have never, and will never, keep them from having a positive relationship with their fathers. I did not ‘lose’ any custody case – my son has always spent most of his time with me and he will continue to do so, he is happy, healthy, and knows both of his parents love him.. Matthew 5:11.”
