The daughter of the recently passed Australian icon and animal activist, Steve Irwin, is now going to be the face of her father’s charity, Wildlife Warriors. Bindi, 8, will feature in advertisements and promotions for the charity, which aims to protect injured, threatened or endangered wildlife. The charity was set up in 2002 by Steve and his wife, Terri and will live on through Bindi and Bob, 2.

The first promotional item for Wildlife Warriors is a green wristband, which can be purchased so far just in Australia, from leading newsagents for $1.
