Adam Levine‘s wife Behati Prinsloo just made a very important purchase.

“Yup took the plunge. First pair of maternity jeans and it feels so good,” she wrote on Instagram Saturday, with a photo of herself posing in the pants. (She posted a second version of the image soon after, multiplied six times, with a cheeky emoji.)

The model and her Maroon 5 frontman husband, 37, confirmed in March they were expecting their first child, and Prinsloo, 26, and her growing baby bump have stepped out a few times since.

The couple got engaged in July 2013 and wed the next year, in Los Cabos, Mexico. The pair talked about starting a family soon after the wedding. Prinsloo told Net-a-Porter, just weeks after the ceremony, that they had “definite” plans for kids, but didn’t stress the details.

“I have no expectations,” she said. “Not in a bad way, but I’ve learned that you can’t plan ahead. I live day by day and see what happens.”

Levine had other plans however, as he told Ryan Seacrest in August 2014: “I want to have 100 kids. I want to have more kids than is socially responsible.”
