It's bloody good news for the 29-year-old award-winning actress (she won an Oscar at age 11 for The Piano) and husband/True Blood costar Stephen Moyer – the couple are expecting their first child this fall.

Before becoming a busy mom to sons Braydon, 4, and Mason, 6, Hart starred as insightful teen Clarissa Darling on Clarissa Explains It All and Sabrina Sawyer on Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Now, the actress, 36, is expecting her third child with hubby Mark Wilkerson. "(Early) Happy Birthday to me! And baby makes 3!" she Tweeted April 17.

Since landing the role of Tony Danza's daughter Samantha on the hit '80s sitcom Who's the Boss, Milano has also starred on Charmed. But the 39-year-old actress is currently enjoying the biggest role of her life: mom. She welcomed 4-month-old son Milo in August 2011.
