Is Angelina Jolie ready to take her home? As rumors of her imminent departure swirl around Nice, TV crews from the Associated Press and Reuters have begun keeping round-the-clock vigil outside the Fondation Lenval hospital.

As dawn broke Wednesday, neither news organization had caught the wished-for moment of Jolie and Brad Pitt exiting with newborns Knox and Vivienne.

Jolie’s obstetrician, Dr. Michel Sussmann, has said previously that she would spend several days in the medical facility, as the twins put on weight.

On Wednesday, he said his famous patient is recuperating well in her fifth-floor maternity suite overlooking the Mediterranean.

“She’s fine. She’s fine,” he told PEOPLE as he left the hospital. “Everything is okay.”
