Leave it to a Dancing with the Stars pro to turn delivering a baby into an all-out dance party.

In an interview in the March issue of Fit Pregnancy and Baby, cover star Allison Holker shared her plan for giving birth to her second child, a son, next month.

“I can’t be sleeping when I go into labor,” she said. “Who knows? It could turn into a dance party. There may be twerking!”

Holker also revealed that she plans on arriving at the hospital in makeup and heels.

“That’s just who I am. Nobody but my husband and my daughter sees me without my eyebrows painted on,” she said.

The professional dancer, who is married to Stephen “tWitch” Boss and is already mom to daughter Weslie Renae, 7, opened up about being the first ever DWTS dancer to compete while pregnant.

“There I was in these itty-bitty costumes, flaunting myself, at four-and-a-half months pregnant,” she remembered, adding that the biggest challenge was having to repeatedly get in and out of the extravagant ensembles go to the bathroom.

“If you’ve ever been pregnant, you know that even in those first weeks, you have to make frequent trips to the restroom,” she says. “Well, I had to go what felt like 20 times during a show, and I needed three people to help me peel the outfit on and off each time. I couldn’t do it by myself!”

Even though she’s stopped her 10-12 hour dance days, Holker is still prioritizing keeping fit. She pairs weight lifting with long walks and a gluten, dairy, soy and oil-free diet.

“When I’m pregnant, I feel energized; I haven’t experienced any sort of exhaustion,” Holker shares.

While the dancer won’t exactly rush to shed her baby weight, she “absolutely” feels the pressure — “but I don’t see that as a negative thing.”

“It’s great motivation so I can be physically fit, not just for myself but for my children as well,” she explains, adding, “Nowadays, it always seems like a competition between women for who can lose the baby weight the fastest, but I am trying to stay chill and not compare myself to other people.”

Luckily, she has Boss by her side for support. She shares, “I’m very fortunate that I have someone who is aware of my feelings and wants to be there for me through the whole thing.”
