Dancer Bryan Tanaka spent Thanksgiving weekend in Hawaii with Mariah Carey's friends and family, including her ex-husband Nick Cannon
Mariah Carey has a “Vision of Love.”
Just months after calling it quits with Australian businessman (and now-ex-fiancé) James Packer, the singer seems to have come to the realization that she and dancer Bryan Tanaka belong together — as more than friends!
Tanaka spent a sun-filled Thanksgiving weekend in Hawaii with the singer, and the pair were spotted kissing on the beach a Maui’s Grand Wailea Resort. When Carey wasn’t busy frolicking with her new flame, she relaxed under the sun and cooked up a feast with family and friends, including ex-husband Nick Cannon.
The budding romance has been heating up in recent months, as the duo has been spotted enjoying date nights around Los Angeles. Also, the dancer stars on Carey’s new reality show, Mariah’s World, which premieres on Dec. 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on E!.
Previously, Packer grew jealous of Carey and Tanaka’s then-professional relationship, reportedly confronting him backstage and banning him from her Caesar’s Palace show one night when he sat out the performance due to an injury.
But Carey and Packer’s split has been a game of he-said-she-said.
It’s “typical Mariah to just twist things that don’t sound good to her. They split because she has issues,” a source close to the billionaire businessman previously told PEOPLE. “James is definitely an oddball, but a brilliant, great guy.”
