The Jonas Brothers shared the throwback video ahead of their upcoming performance on Saturday Night Live next month
What a difference 10 years makes!
Ahead of their upcoming performance on Saturday Night Live next month, the Jonas Brothers shared an adorable throwback video of model Hailey Baldwin introducing them as the musical performers during a 2009 episode of SNL.
The young Baldwin rocks braces and bangs and proudly introduces the band before they performed their song “Video Girl.”
“This feels like the perfect #FlashbackFriday video,” the Jonas Brothers wrote. “#VideoGirl on @nbcsnl in 2009! PS – thanks for the intro @haileybieber.”
And one decade later, Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas have broken up and reunited their band, while Baldwin, 22, is now married to another famous pop star: Justin Bieber. (Nick wed Priyanka Chopra in December and Joe proposed to Sophie Turner in October 2017.)
Baldwin has yet to respond to video on social media, but the model has admitted to being a JoBros fan in the past.
When the band announced their comeback and new single “Sucker” on Instagram in February, Baldwin commented on the post in an exchange captured by Comments by Celebs, writing, “Wow 13 year old me is very shook.”
Then, in March, Bieber, 25, shared a video on his Instagram Story of his wife admitting she loved the band.
According to Teen Vogue, in the video Baldwin can be heard saying, “I was a fan of the Jonas Brothers,” before adding, “I was a Jonas Brothers fan, I’m sorry!” after Bieber teased her about her love for the boy band.
“It sounds cooler when you say I was ‘on Saturday Night Live,'” Baldwin said adding, “When in reality I kind of just went on there with Alec and introduced the Jonas Brothers. And I was 13… I was into it, for sure.”
Baldwin continued: “We went to Saturday Night Live when they performed and Alec was like, ‘Hey, come out with me, I want you guys to help me introduce their performance’ and we were like, ‘Okay!'”
The Jonas Brothers will appear on SNL on May 11, alongside host Emma Thompson.
