Jennifer Lopez will always be “Jenny from the Block,” but right now she’s the queen of Las Vegas.

In addition to her critically acclaimed All I Have Las Vegas residency, Lopez is set to perform for the first time at the Latin Grammy Awards on Nov. 17 (airing live from T-Mobile Arena at 8 p.m.), PEOPLE confirms exclusively.

Julio Reyes, Jesse & Joy, Ricardo López Lalinde and Djavan Fonseca lead with four nominations each, and Marc Anthony will be honored for Latin Recording Academy Person of the Year.

While Lopez is dancing the night away, Prince Royce, Laura Pausini, J Balvin, Diego Torres, Rachel Platten and several more will pump up the arena with some Latin classics.

Aside from balancing life as a mother to twins Emme and Max, and adding 21 new dates to her Planet Hollywood show, the singer has been hard at work on a new all-Spanish album with her ex-husband and close friend Anthony, which is slated for release this month.

Lopez also stars in NBC’s Shades of Blue as a New York detective making ends meet for her children and recently signed on to the network’s next live musical Bye Bye Birdie Live!, which is slated for release next December.
