Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton Hit the Road for a Weekend Getaway with Her 3 Sons

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are taking their romance to the mountains.
The couple spent the weekend on a mini-road trip to Lake Arrowhead, California, with Stefani’s three boys —Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2 — from her marriage to Gavin Rossdale, a source confirms to PEOPLE. The group stayed at the Lake Arrowhead resort, about two hours northeast of Los Angeles.
“Gwen has visited Lake Arrowhead for years. This weekend, she had a fun getaway with Blake and her boys,” the insider says.
The source says the duo spent Saturday strolling around the village and stopping into several stores, perhaps for some holiday shopping.
The duo were dressed down in jeans and baseball caps. Shelton donned a jacket with a camo print, while Stefani glammed up her look with a gold puffy coat.
“Gwen and Blake looked very happy. As always around Blake, Gwen was all smiles,” the source shares. “They had dinner at the resort and seemed to enjoy a quiet night with Gwen’s boys. They all looked like they had a fun weekend.”
Shelton, 40, and Stefani, 47, spent Thanksgiving together along with the No Doubt singer’s sons. Stefani’s father and Shelton’s mother also joined in the festivities.
The pair, who met as coaches on The Voice, have been dating for just over a year. Both were in the wake of high-profile divorces from their respective spouses — Shelton split from Miranda Lambert, and Stefani from Gavin Rossdale — when they first got together.
Gushing of their romance to PEOPLE in October, Stefani said, “I’m so blessed.”
She also said that it’s clear to see fans have embraced the pair as a couple: “We feel it. I was saying yesterday to somebody, I really feel the love, you know what I mean? It’s hard to put into words, but it’s a really cool thing to have that.”
