DJ Khaled has teamed up with Sean “Diddy” Combs and his liquor brand CÎROC to become the face of its newest flavor – CÎROC Mango.

“CÎROC is something that when I celebrate, I’m on that CÎROC,” Khaled tells PEOPLE. “When I want to take the edge off, I’m on that CÎROC. When I’m catching a vibe, I’m on that CÎROC.”

“The partnership with me, Diddy and CÎROC Mango basically sounds so organic,” adds Khaled. “That’s my brother. He’s got great products and I’ve been down with him from day one on it [and] it’s been a great relationship besides the CÎROC.”

The producer and artist, 40, also stars in CÎROC’s second installment of its “Let’s Get It” short film series, which aims to empower the next generation of creators to pursue their dreams.

In the above video, “Let’s Get It: Khaled’s Odyssey,” shared exclusively with PEOPLE, Khaled is seen hitting the water in Miami on the back of a jet ski while sharing his personal journey.

“I’m very excited for this to come out because it’s not the everyday ad,” shares Khaled. “It’s not so much promoting the product. It’s promoting the motivation and inspiration and the hustle to the product.”

He continues: “Meaning as in, to get to a chance to celebrate and have a little toast of CÎROC. It shows my grind from the bottom to the top of the CÎROC mountain.”

Over the weekend, Khaled and Diddy, 46, celebrated the launch of the new vodka flavor during the third annual REVOLT Music Conference in Miami. In addition to the celebration, Diddy, who received the honorary key to Miami Beach last year, passed the touch to dad-to-be Khaled on Thursday.

Says Khaled: “Working with Diddy is always fun and exciting, you never know what to expect. It’s unpredictable. Diddy got like nine personalities.”

“You’ve got to know which one you’re talking to at that moment and just be prepared for excitement,” he adds.
