Britney Spears decided to cover one of Taylor Swift‘s biggest hits – on helium.

The pop star appeared on The Jonathan Ross Show on Saturday and competed in several silly contests with the titular host. After she was defeated by Ross in Forfeit Tennis, Spears had to step up to a helium-filled balloon, inhale, and perform a song.

“You can sing one of your own, you can sing a popular song – something we all know,” Ross instructed.

After puckering up and taking in an adequate amount of the noble gas, Spears squeaked out a few bars from the chorus of Swift’s “Shake It Off.”

Along with her mini-performance, the popstar also discussed dating – she’s “not looking for men right now” – and says she just wants a “nice guy” when the time is right.

Spears’ ninth studio album, Glory, is out now.
