Good News for Fans of Zac Efron's Abs: A 'Neighbors' Sequel Is Happening!

The original 2014 film was a surprise hit that grossed more than $269 million worldwide

Fan yourselves, ladies. More drool-worthy images of Zac Efron sans shirt may be coming to a theater near you.

Universal Pictures is moving forward with Neighbors 2, a follow-up to the smash-hit comedy starring Efron and Seth Rogen, PEOPLE confirms.

The original 2014 film was a surprise hit that grossed more than $269 million worldwide, but is perhaps more memorable for those ridiculous shirtless Zac Efron scenes featuring his chiseled body, six-pack abs and award-winning chest.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the new movie has Rogen’s character and onscreen spouse, Rose Byrne, joining forces with Efron’s character and his frat cohorts after a sorority moves in next door. (In the original, it was Efron and his Greek brothers who caused the couple so much trouble.)

It’s expected that Efron, 27, will get to Neighbors 2 once he completes shooting on Dirty Grandpa with Robert DeNiro.

Meanwhile, Rogen, 32, still has to finish playing Steve Wozniak in Steve Jobs before jumping on to the sequel.

And we can only hope that Rogen relishes his time filming this sequel, because we’re willing to bet The Interview 2 is not happening anytime soon.
