Zac Efron can lift tires and British comedians, and then easily tackle a pull-up bar.

The hunky actor gave Sacha Baron Cohen a lift on the set of the Baywatch movie in Miami on Monday while the latter was dressed as his The Brothers Grimsby character.

“Caught this guy @sachabaroncohen creepin around set today,” Efron, 28, wrote on Instagram. “He showed me a scene from The Brothers Grimsby – I was dying laughing.”

He added of Baron Cohen’s upcoming comedy, “It’s going to be the raunchiest, most action packed, hilarious movie in a long time (besides my new movies duh). Love me some Sacha #Baywatch.”

Efron, who is sporting blond highlights while filming as “brash, young recruit” Matt Brody, appeared to hold Cohen with ease – and on Tuesday, he showed why.

The actor was seen on set, showing off his bulging biceps while doing pull-ups effortlessly in only board shorts and sneakers.

In another new photo shared to social media, the actor’s impressive abdominals were on display as he hung from an obstacle course.

“Nothing like a little #NinjaWarrior training to start the day,” Efron wrote. “Months and months of training for this moment… Bring it on @therock let’s do this ALL DAY baby! #Baywatch #nowiresneeded.”

While Efron’s movie won’t hit theaters until next year, The Brothers Grimsby premieres on Friday.

The film has already made headlines for a too-graphic-for-TV scene that’s been seen by the likes of Jimmy Kimmel and Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
