Tom Cruise is on the move!

The Mission Impossible star, 53, has quietly put his Beverly Hills property on the market, PEOPLE confirms.

It is listed at a reported $50 million asking price, according to Variety.

The secluded house sits on 1.2 acres behind gates and a lengthy driveway, and measures a sprawling 10,000 square feet, according to previous reports.

The reports also state that the multi-winged mansion was originally built in 1937 and was updated four years prior to Cruise moving in. It features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and the “traditional-style residence” also sports a tennis court in the front of the house and a large swimming pool in the back.

Cruise first purchased the home back in 2007 for $30.5 million, a real estate source confirms to PEOPLE. The actor lived in the home with then-wife Katie Holmes and their daughter Suri, now 9, until the couple divorced in 2012.

Cruise was surrounded by high-profile neighbors while residing in the mansion, with the Beckham family living a short five minutes away. And it’s already been rumored the another celebrity family has toured the house since it went on the market.

Cruise, who has been frequently spotted in London, is no newbie to buying and selling property – he currently owns several properties across the United States. Earlier this year, he put another Los Angeles compound on the market for just shy of $13 million.

Variety reports that Cruise also sold his nearly 2,200-square-foot apartment in New York City’s East Village for $3 million in 2013.

Last fall, Cruise listed his 298-acre ranch near Telluride, Colorado, for $59 million.
