Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman Engage in Another Hilarious Twitter Feud
It’s a Superhero Twitter face-off!
Jackman posted a picture on Twitter thanking fans for their support, to which the Deadpool actor sarcastically replied that the fans Jackman posed with were actually protesters.
“Thanks for an amazing visit Beijing!” Jackman says in the tweet, to which Reynolds hilariously replies,”Pretty sure those are protesters.”
“Really…Guy … Really?!” responds Jackman, 48.
This isn’t the first time the two have sparred on social media.
In 2015, while filming Deadpool, Reynolds posted a video on Instagram impersonating the Australian actor and asked fans to vote for him for PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive (both men had already been given the honor — Jackman in 2008 and Reynolds in 2010).
“G’day mate, Hugh Jackman here,” Reynolds says in a thick Australian accent. “Just reminding you to get your votes in for PEOPLE’s Sexiest Man Alive. Cover’s coming up.”
The new “feud” comes as a trailer for Deadpool 2 is showing at screenings of the Wolverine spinoff.
In the clip, Reynolds’ Deadpool spoofs Superman after he sees a man in danger and runs into a phone booth to suit up. But the process isn’t as quick as the Man of Steel’s wardrobe changes and Reynolds ends up taking too long to save the civilian in trouble — after giving fans a NSFW flash of his rear end!

As the teaser ends, Reynolds, 40, takes another swipe at Jackman’s Wolverine, mocking the mutant’s lack of suit.
“How do the other guys do it so quickly? You probably wouldn’t be dead if it was Logan!” Reynolds says. “What does he got to change into? That guy wears a f—– tank top and a pair of jeans.”
