Christmas time is here – well, for Bridget Jones, at least.

Ren e Zellweger was spotted filming more scenes for the much-anticipated Bridget Jones’s Baby in a world of white at London’s Borough Market on Tuesday.

Zellweger, once again sporting her character’s impressive baby bump, dragged a giant Christmas tree through the (faux) snow-covered streets, her belly only covered by a blue turtleneck sweater, overcoat and scarf. The star’s hair remained in the neat braid she’s been wearing while filming other pregnancy scenes as she struggled with the holiday decor.

Colin Firth was on set for the wintery sequence as well, returning to his role as Jones’ affable boyfriend https://people.com/celebrity/darcy-has-arrived-colin-firth-spotted-filming/.

The 55-year-old’s presence has been raising plot questions for longtime fans of Helen Fielding’s writing. In her 2013 book Mad About the Boy, the lovable Jones is a widow.

PEOPLE has learned, however, that the new film will fill the time gap between 2004’s Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason and the latest book installment by drawing from Fielding’s other work.

Zellweger has been spotted around London since filming on the movie began earlier this month. There have even been sightings of the actress without her large prosthetic tummy.

Jones first-timer Patrick Dempsey has begun taping scenes for his yet-to-be-revealed role.

Bridget Jones’s Baby hits theaters Sept. 16, 2016.
