Paul Walker‘s look-alike brother Cody was spotted Friday on the California set of Fast & Furious 7, providing an eerie, doppelgänger vision of the late actor, who died in a car crash in November. Cody, along with brother Caleb, has been tapped to stand in for Paul, as filmmakers finish the movie after initially putting the brakes on it following the actor’s death. It’s now set to hit theaters on April 10, 2015. In the pic, Cody – on location in Pacific Palisades and wearing a gray crew-neck shirt – is an uncanny, spitting image of his brother, his buzz cut and classic matinee-idol looks evoking the undeniable appeal that made Paul a star. Producers announced in April that the actor’s brothers would help them complete the film, noting that although Walker had finished shooting Fast & Furious 7‘s dramatic scenes, there were several action sequences that had yet to be filmed. “We had to take time to grieve Paul, the brother we love and lost, and to figure out if we should move on with our film,” producers said in a statement posted on the film’s Facebook page. “We came together and all felt the only choice was to continue. We believe our fans want that, and we believe Paul would want that too.” “We have resumed shooting,” the statement added, “and now welcome Paul s brothers, Caleb and Cody, into our Fast family. Caleb and Cody are helping us complete some remaining action for their brother and fill in small gaps left in production. Having them on set has made us all feel that Paul is with us too.”
